Day 1 Departure from your place/Xining
The Tibetan art and culture tour starts from Xining, the capital city of Qinghai Province in northwest China. Then you will join the other group mates to start the exciting tour. The transport expense from you home to Xining is at your own charge.

Day 2 Xining/Guide/Repkong 
After the breakfast, you will head towards Guide County (120km from Xining) to visit the Kumbum Monastery (also known as Ta’er), one of the six most renowned Buddhist monasteries under the principle of Tibetan Buddhism. It was there in the former, Tsongkhapa, the founder of the Gelupa (Yellow Hat) sect of Tibetan Buddhism was born in 1357 and was later founded in 1583. Its superior monastery is Drepung, immediately to the west of Lhasa. Then you will visit the hand-made carpet in the local carpet factory. After that you will go to Repkong and stay there overnight.

Day 3 Repkong
Today you will have a whole day city tour in Repkong. It homes the best artists you will ever find in the whole Tibetan world. This place is a mecca for Thangka, fresco and silk weaving. You will visit the Art Museum of Repkong to enjoy the feast of color - the longest Thangka up to 618meter in the world.

Day 4 Repkong
Today you will visit the Wutun Temple, renowned for the art school of Thangka. It was built in 841A.D. and its fresco and Thangka paintings are well worth enjoying, with its profusion of rich colors, religious themes and delicate painting skills.

Day 5 Repkong
After breakfast you will visit the Guori Buddhism Tower, which was built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It is 30 meters high and is the highest Buddhist tower in Qinghai province. With precious structure and particular layout, it shows the wisdom of the artists of Tibetan Buddhism. Next you will visit Longwu Monastery to listen to the preach of the lamas.

Day 6 Repkong/Xiahe
Today you will have an excursion to Xiahe County, which is about 100km away from Repkong. Then you will visit Labuleng Lamasery. The Lamesery was built in 1710 by Jiamuyang, the first Living Buddha, and now it is the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery outside of the Tibet Autonomous Region. As one of the six suzerain monasteries of the Tibetan Buddhism, this lamasery collects wisdom from nationalities of Tibetan, Mongol and Han, which is famous for its exquisite architecture art and religious culture.

Day 7 Xiahe/Langmu Monastery
Langmu Monastery is about 255km away from Xiahe County. Langmu Monastery is actually the name of a place instead of a temple. Langmu Monastery basically comprises two Tibetan monasteries, two schools and two public security offices administrated by two different provinces. Tibetans living in Langmu Monastery share the same living habits in daily life and often attend religious activities together. Young people there speak Tibetan and Han languages.

Day 8 Langmu Monastery
Today you will continue visiting the Langmu Monastery. The monasteries are collectively known as the Langmu Monastery though they have their respective names as Gerdi Monastery and Saichi Monastery. Langmu means "fairy"in Tibetan language. The Langmu Monastery was so named because inside the cave there is a rock bearing the resemblance of a beautiful young lady, which was believed to be the transformation of a fairy. You may also have a chance to get a close look at the mysterious heaven funeral – the unique Tibetan burial conducted by hierarch in the temple.

Day 9 Langmu Monastery/Zeku/Repkong
The Ruoergai Marshes transbounds the Sichuan and Gansu Provinces in the upper Yellow River on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau. They consist of approximately 10,000 square kilometres of peat bogs, sedge marshes, lakes and wet grasslands, interspersed with low hills and drier grasslands. Tibetan people, who are almost exclusively pastoralists with vast herds of sheep, yaks, horses and goats, inhabit the Ruoergai Plateau. Zeku County is situated in Ruoergai Gralssland, 220 km away from Langmu Monastery, and is famous for the stone wall of Buddhist scriptures. The scriptures were engraved by local lamas and handcrafters after the 1920s. It gives you a great opportunity to understand the spirit and charm of Tibetan Buddhism. You will stay overnight in Repkong, 140km away from Zeku.

Day 10 Repkong/Xining
After breakfast, you will go from Repkong back to Xining.
Day 11 Xining/Beijing
You will take the flight from Xining to Beijing, ending the amazing tour of Tibetan art and cultural.
