D2 Mt.Huangshan / Xin’an River

In the morning, you will be driven to the starting point of the hiking tour. Today you will walk along the Xin’an River. You will pass through several small villages on the way, whose houses are all in traditional Anhui style, like a black and white Chinese ink paintings. It is the water that moistens people here. Just enjoy the beautiful scenery along the river.

D3 Mt. Huangshan

After breakfast, you will be driven to climb Mt. Huangshan. The mountain is well known by its scenery about rosy clouds, sea of clouds and artistic stones. Stop anywhere as you like to take photos, and you will arrive to the top at the height of 1800 m after 4 hours climbing. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Huangshan. Your night will be spent at the hotel on the mountain.

D4 Mt. Huangshan

Morning visit to the top of the Mt. Huangshan, Paiyun pavilion is the best venue to observe and admire the artistic stones. Then hike to west Grand Canyon via paiyun pavilion. Walking carefully on the plank road hung along the cliffs, you will be intoxicated by the splendid scene. Arrive to Heavenly Sea Scenic Area via White Cloud Scape.

D5 Mt. Huangshan

After breakfast, you will be taken to Jade Screen Pavilion, which is 1,680 meters above sea level. The white clouds drift below your feet. The strange peaks appear and disappear in turn. Then you walk down the mountain and visit the Jade Valley. Water runs down from the peaks, making this valley vivid and clear. You may find many colorful ponds, big or small, making this valley a jade left by God.

D6 Mt. Qiyun

Today will be one day tour to Qiyun Mountain, one of the most sacred places of Taoism in China. As its summit perennially shrouded in clouds and mists, it is called White Mountain. Taoism believes human being could be immortals by building their mind and body in remote mountains. Here you are able to see some halls and caves which Taoist lived in and stupa that buried them as well as the water curtain, mountain lakes, and natural cliff paintings. It’s a good chance for you to understand the Taoism culture. At afternoon, you will be able to take a bamboo raft drifting along the stream.
