By registering as a member, you agree to the applicability of our website user terms and conditions.

All contents of this website are owned and operated by Chinatravelsolution.com. All the services we provided on this website shall be in accordance with the bylaws, terms and conditions we stipulated and displayed on the website.

While we will make reasonable efforts to provide website service through operating system of ourselves, you are proposed to agree:
(1) Provide requested personal information in a true and detailed manner.
(2) Update your registered information in time.
We will not disclose your name, address, Email address and username or nickname to any others, except that:
(1) You make consent to.
(2) Any judicial procedures require.
If the information provided by you is proved to be any kind of misrepresentations, we reserve the right to disqualify your membership.

Privacy Policy
We esteem privacies of any members. We will not disclose, edit or make public of any registered information or any other non-disclosed documents stored on our website, unless there is a writ or legal permit, or in the situations below in which we consider the otherwise as necessary for good faith.

The Security of User's Account and Password
By successful registration, you will hold an account and a password. You are proposed to be responsible for the security of the account and password yourself. If you disclose your account or password to any others for your own negligence, all the losses arising from it would be on your own burdens. In addition, you should take the responsibility for all the activities taken under your account (including but not limited to any kind of torts).
You may change your password at any time if you would. Please notice us at once if you find any security risk or illegally used account on our website.

Booker Terms & Conditions
By booking through us,you agree to the applicability of our website booker terms and condtions.

Prices & Programs
1.All the prices of China Travel Solution tour products are quoted based on the exchange rate of 1:7 (USD1= RMB7). And due to the unstable fluctuation of USD currency, the quotations of your tours are subject to change and update before your final full payment made even after your confirming of the quotations. Therefore, we highly recommend you to make the full payment as soon as possible, and upon receiving of your full payment, all the loss of the currency fluctuation will be absorbed by China Travel Solution.

And if you have children traveling with you, the prices of children who are under 2 years will be 10% of the adults; and children between 2 and 11 years old (including 2 years old and 11 years old) will be charged 50% of the adults entitled to an extra bed in the parent room; and children at 12 years old or above will pay the full price.

2. And all the prices are issued in the March 2008, which covering the cost in terms of transportation, hotels, attraction sites admission, human resource etc Yet with big event of Olympic Games coming, the cost will possibly rise up unpredictably, and China Travel Solution reserves the right to adjust the selling prices accordingly.

3. Furthermore, all the prices are based on the twin sharing hotel rooms. If you require a triple room, a roll-away bed will be offered in the twin sharing room. If you prefer a single room, the payment of single supplement will be charged accordingly. And the requirement of double room or connecting rooms depends on the availability of the each hotel.

4. During your vacations, the extra nights as pre-arrival or post departure requirement are available and are upon confirmation. Our extra nights Hotel rates also include breakfast at the hotel. China Travel Solution reserves the right to use other hotels for the extra nights, if the requested hotels are not available, yet we will keep you informed for these changes.

5. Please noted that in the part of our tour itineraries, B/ L/ D used by us have the indications as following:
B = Full Board Western Breakfast at Hotel
L = Chinese Lunch en route in the selected restaurants with a glass of soft drinks
D = Chinese Dinner en route in the selected restaurants with a glass of soft drinks

6. China Travel Solution reserves the right to cancel certain departures, in case some big affairs or events or even disasters that take place, which are caused by the change of governmental policy, the international policy or super power beyond human control.

7. On arrival day, China Travel Solution guide will meet our passengers outside the Airport Customs. After claiming baggage and going through the Customs, we recommend our passengers to look for China Travel Solution Welcome Sign held by guide with passengers' names in English. In case that you could not find the sign or our guide at the airport, please contact us with the telephone numbers offered by us. Yet, within 24 hours of your expected arrival, if our guide could not find you at the airport, and does not receive of your informing, and could not find you at the hotel we booked for you, we regard you to have cancelled the tour automatically, and will charge you the cancellation fee in accordance to our cancellation policy.

Bookings
Before our customers make any booking through China Travel Solution, it is very beneficial to acknowledge our booking process on the tour, holiday or trip arrangement, which having 8 steps as below.

1. Clarify the Terms & Conditions and Polices
It is strongly recommended that our customers carefully read our Terms & Conditions which covering customers'rights and our travel policies.

2. Fill in the Booking Form and Make Reservation
For the tour or program that you decide to book, a Booking Form is needed to fill in with the details such as our customers'full names, the numbers of the travel companions, the approximate travel dates etc. After the form being submitted, a reservation code will be offered as the track record. At this stage, if the customers like to pay now, just skip to Step Payment to pay directly. If there is anything to be discussed, just choose Pay Later waiting upon a China Travel Solution advisor to contact and discuss with.

Regarding the person who makes the bookings and with whom to contact in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations, must be at or over 18 years old and possess the legal capability and authority to book and travel on holidays with us. And he or she is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of himself or herself and any other persons traveling on the booking, and for passing on any information or changes regarding the booking made in relation hereto, to all persons traveling on such booking, including but not limited to information on schedule changes or copies of booking confirmation. Furthermore, China Travel Solution is not responsible for any refusal of entry of China and any loss caused due to the incorrect personal information offered by our customers (such as passport number, full name etc..).

Also, it is a condition of our customer's booking with us that he or she and all other members of his or her party, including infants and children, are adequately insured on holidays. Any person who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on his or her travel.

3. Discuss with Travel Advisor for Further Questions
If you do make a reservation online and get the reservation code as track record, yet you choose Pay Later. One of our travel advisors will contact you to discuss with you for any specific questions you have until you get satisfied and confirm your payment issue.

4. Design Your Own Travel Plans
In case that you do not satisfy with our tours, and have your own ideas on holidays or traveling, you are highly welcomed to let us know your personal proposal as more details as possible, which help us to work together with you more efficiently. And with your proposals, we will do our best to design your own holiday or traveling plans including itineraries, attraction sites, accommodations and transportations etc. Surely you are free to amend the plans and offer new suggestions until a confirmation reached up.

5. Confirm and Initiate Your Travel Plans
For your benefits, we strongly recommend you to confirm your travel plans as soon as possible, while considering about the time for us to initiate making reservations on the accommodations, transportations, guides etc. And upon receiving of your confirmation through e-mail, our customers are required to pay deposit of 10% of the full cost (surely you could pay the full price at this stage). If we are not able to book part of the flights or hotels etc, as proposed, we will suggest alternative options and ask for your approval firstly before make any bookings.

Also, it is highly recommended that your tour reservation with Yangtze River Cruise be made 40 days prior to the actual tour departure date while other tours are better made 30 days prior to the actual tour departure date.

6. Confirm & Maintain Your Reservations
After our advisor completing all your tour reservations with your agreement such as quotation, payment, hotel accommodations, air flights, train tickets, transportation cars, tour guides etc, a Reservation Confirmation Letter will be issued and delivered to you via e-mail or to My Account as quickly as possible, which need your confirmation by e-mail or fax. And after having your Confirmation Reply, the rest of the full payment is required to maintain all of your reservations.

If any details on the confirmation letter are not correct or complete, tell us immediately. If there is an obvious error on the confirmation letter, we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it.

7. Make the Full payment Online or Offline
In terms of payment, due to the unstable USD currency fluctuation, we highly advise our customers to pay the full cost of the tour as soon as possible to avoid the unpredictable cost rise. Once we receiving of the full payment, all the cost caused by USD currency fluctuation will be absorbed by China Travel Solution. Also, if any change in our costs would cause a reduction in your tour price, we will not make any refunds. But before receiving of your full payment, the risen cost will be updated and charged to our customers.

For the methods of payment, you could either pay us online through the e-mail we send you or go to My Account or pay us offline referring to the details offered in the sections of Deposit & Payment.

8. Issue & Receive Invoice
Once we receive your payment, we will issue an invoice to you in time. If you have any question about the invoice you are welcomed to contact our tour advisor as soon as possible.

9. Emergent Reservations
For reservation within 24 hours prior to your arrival date in China, the full payment is required instantly or by the time as specified in the e-mail after your reservation is confirmed. Otherwise we will cancel your reservation automatically by e-mail.

Deposit & Payment
Deposit
In general, we advise our customers to pay the full price of the tours or holidays to us. Yet, if you have some special concerns or reasons, we advise you to discuss with our travel advisors firstly for the issue of deposit. In terms of deposit, a non-refundable deposit which is equal to 10% of the total tour cost is required at the time a reservation is made. The full or final payment is required to confirm all the reservations of the tours or holidays or traveling. Should the tour booked within 30 days before departure for your China tour, full payment is required.

Payment& Payment Methods
We accept payment in currency either of USD or RMB, and both could be paid Online-pay or Offline-pay, which the Online-pay is preferred due to the efficiency. And for Online-pay, PayPal is a safer, easier and faster way we advise to use. Furthermore, if you prefer online-pay by credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, you could do it through Paypal as well. Please kindly notice that through PayPal, only USD is accepted, and there will be 4% service fee charged by PayPal. which should be paid by payee(s). If you prefer Online-pay by RMB, you need to choose the bank with which your RMB account opened, and the service fee will be absorbed by us.

For terms of Offline-pay, Wire Transfer is available, and bank charge will be paid by payee(s) and it may take more than 14 days to get your payment. You could find the information needed if you choose Wire Transfer:

Also, you could pay us either by cash or credit card as well. For cash, either we come to your address in Beijing or you come to our offices upon special request. We do not accept personal checks. For credit cards, Visa/ Master/ American Express credit card payment authorization with you signature: subject to 4% service charge, which should be paid by payee(s) and it may take more than 5-7 days for your payment reaching us.

And no matter which way you choose to pay us, the notice by e-mail about the payment details are very important, which will help us to check the payment due and secure your reservation for your benefit and interest. If we do not receive the full payment as we expected or we have reasons to believe that your payment is delayed and fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and the cancellation letter will be sent to you by e-mail properly. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience to you if you fail to access and view the cancellation letter. You can always check your reservation status at your account on China Travel Solution.

Cancel & Change Policy
Cancellation and Refund
If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us by e-mail or by fax with your signature. Upon our getting it, you should expect to receive a Cancellation Letter within 24 hours. If you do not, then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.

To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

To be noted that there will be no cancellation fee even if written cancellation notice is received within 30 days after we have received your full payment on condition that we keep and transfer the full payment to cover the cost of your future booking with us for China tours within 12 months. If your future booking in our updated costs would cause a reduction against your full payment, we will not make any refunds. If the future book exceeds the original cost, we reserve the right to update the new price and charge the extra payment.

Normally, we will refund any payment made to us with the reduction of any cancellation fee, credit card or bank service charge, currency exchange fee that is applicable within 7 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. Please kindly understand that your co-operation for punctual payment or cancellation notice will not only protect your reservation and tickets, but also help us to serve efficiently and smoothly.

However, after the trip of your holidays or tours or traveling have commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Also, the payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise while other parts of payment following the above cancellation policy.

We aim to provide your tours as booked, yet we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we have reasons to believe that your payment condition, health conditions may affect the tour arrangements. We will remind you automatically and continuously about the payment status for the reserved tours by e-mails. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by such kind of cancellation.

Change Policy
It's our goal not to make any changes to your tour or holiday or traveling itineraries, but due to the unpredictable situations that may happen in traveling places, we sometimes do need to make changes for our arrangements. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if flight schedule or ground transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations. We may offer you hotel/flight/sightseeing program alternatives in the similar standard if the original service is not available. The confirmed detailed schedule will be advised by e-mail before your tour starting. You will get the air/train tickets from your tour guide or local agent which you'd better double check carefully upon receiving them.

And we reserve the right to change or cancel our arrangement due to any event or accidence that beyond our control. Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.

On the other side, we understand that you might change your travel or holiday plan even after your booking with us, we won't charge any fee if you inform us your changes 30 days prior to your tour departure. Yet to guarantee your bookings (especially those of tours exceeding 5 days) and protect your budget, we do not encourage you to change much within 30 days before the tour departure. Considering the cost of processing your change and the risk that we may bear such as non-refundable air tickets or train tickets, hotels strict change policy etc, we make a change scale shown below.

For individual hotel reservation, booking could only be confirmed upon the receiving of the payment to CTS account number. There will be no refund for any change & cancellation prior to 48 hours before check-in.
 

Complaints and Claims
Complaints
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service China Travel Solution has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you need inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing at latest within 7 days after the end of your tour or holiday or traveling. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. China Travel Solution will not be liable for any claims made later than 7 days after the completion of your tour.

Claims
The responsibility of China Travel Solution's agents, parent company and affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service, ground transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.

Besides, we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, not for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent of our partner travel agents for the land services. China Travel Solution will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit. In other words, the risen cost of the whole tour price need be paid even the deposit already received.

China Travel Solution shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond China Travel Solution's control. Neither China Travel Solution nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

China Travel Solution shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by China Travel Solution. China Travel Solution is not responsible for a client's failure to comply with customs regulations. China Travel Solution is not responsible for the theft or lost of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

China Travel Solution reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
China Travel Solution reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the other tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time.

China Travel Solution reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. Many of China Travel Solution tour packages include activities, which require care attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our advisors or representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. China Travel Solution's employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care. However, we will try our best to provide an exceptional experience to every person who travel with us.

China Travel Solution reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. Please be sure to check carefully your international and domestic air tickets you purchased so that you are fully aware of the policies of different airline companies. Also, you are suggested to visit the FAQs of our website before the tour starts.
