The most impressive group or guest
i once met a guest from america who has a strong interest in speaking chinese and chinese culture. his chinese is not very good and sometimes he doesn?t understand some chinese phrases, however he insists on communicating with me in chinese. when traveling in tibet, the local cultural introduction especially the buddhism theory is quite difficult for chinese to understand, he persists in listening in chinese. i was impressed by his insistent spirits.

I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself to let you know what a great experience we had while on tour with your Tour Guide, Wang Chen, known to us as “Kobe”.
We were on tour in Beijing from 14 -17 June, 2006. From the very beginning of our tour, we were so warmly greeted and made comfortable by Kobe’s charming personality and easy going manner. His knowledge of the history of China and interesting stories of various cultural events and people made every experience very enjoyable. He was always willing to answer questions and had a great sense of humor.
The most commendable thing about Kobe was his willingness to go to any measure possible to accommodate the group. Our group had two major requests above and beyond the regular tour. He met these requests thoughtfully and enthusiastically. Everyone in our group appreciated this level of flexibility and was impressed by how Kobe handled it all with poise and professionalism.
Wang Chen “Kobe” is a great asset to your company. His people skills are excellent and we just wanted you to know how delighted we were to have him as our tour guide.

I wanted to drop you a note tonight before we leave for Hong Kong tomorrow to thank you for the wonderful time we had here in Beijing city and on the wall. The wall was absolutely fantastic! Your outstanding service and personal touch made this a very memorable experience. Thanks for taking such good care of us and thank you for being so flexible in getting us to Xian - Xian was fabulous as well!
I hope to get back and travel with you soon. In the meantime, I will recommend you both to anyone traveling to China. I have traveled much of the world, but have never had a guide service as skilled and flexible as yours. Kobe, you are a gifted tour director and I wish you the best in all you do.
