in her mind, tour guide just like a bee, collecting honey to enrich themselves. no matter good or bad experiences, they are all good lessons. on her tour way, so many things are impressive. such as to organize a birthday banquet for our clients, to perform hammer dulcimer or piano for our guests on cruise, to handle luggage lose, to deal with tourists who get sick or hurt and so on. the most impressive group she met could be the one with 16 deaf professors and teachers from us in 2007. by writing information on white board and expressing simple sign language by fingers, she tried her best to make them happy in different ways. her constant effort and careful concern make tourists feel like home and leave them fabulous memories. never be satisfied with ?good enough?. that is sonia.
